These Terms and Conditions govern your purchase and use of TwoToTango products and services, including our online lesson content, memberships, digital downloads, consultations, and coaching sessions. By purchasing, accessing, or using TwoToTango, you agree to these Terms.
1) Definitions
“TwoToTango,” “we,” “us,” “our” refers to TwoToTango.
“Client,” “you,” “your” refers to the person purchasing or using our services.
“Services” includes memberships, gated lesson content, choreography plans, digital resources, and live coaching sessions (Zoom or in-person).
“Digital Content” includes videos, lesson modules, PDFs, practice plans, templates, and any materials delivered electronically.
“Coaching Session” includes any live instruction or consult, whether virtual or in person.
2) Use of Services
TwoToTango provides educational dance instruction. Results vary based on practice time, musical choice, physical ability, and comfort level. You are responsible for ensuring you have adequate space and a safe environment to practice.
You agree to use our Services for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, share, distribute, resell, or publicly display TwoToTango Digital Content without written permission.
3) Accounts, Member Access, and Login
Some Services require an account and login credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activity under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access if we detect misuse, unauthorized sharing, or activity that violates these Terms.
4) Packages, Memberships, and What’s Included
Package features, tier benefits, membership access duration, and any included coaching are described on the Packages/Pricing page and/or your invoice. Your purchase grants access to the specific tier selected at checkout.
If you upgrade to a higher tier, you will typically pay the difference between tiers unless otherwise stated.
5) Coaching Sessions and Scheduling
If your package includes coaching or you purchase coaching separately:
Sessions must be scheduled using the booking link provided.
You are responsible for joining on time. Late arrivals may reduce your session time.
Coaching is instructional in nature and does not guarantee a specific performance outcome.
6) No Refund Policy (All Sales Final)
All purchases are final. TwoToTango does not offer refunds.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Memberships and subscription payments
Digital Content and gated lesson access
Packages and tier purchases
Choreography plans or custom content
Coaching sessions (virtual or in-person), whether used or unused
Add-ons, downloads, and any supplemental materials
Because TwoToTango provides immediate access to Digital Content and/or reserves coaching time, refunds are not possible once a purchase is made.
7) Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy (Coaching)
If you need to reschedule a Coaching Session, you must provide notice as follows:
Reschedule window: at least 24 hours before your session start time.
Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be treated as a missed session and may be forfeited.
No-shows: If you miss your session without notice, the session is forfeited and will not be refunded.
Design tip: If you want to allow one “grace reschedule” per couple, add it here as a separate bullet.
8) Access Duration and Expiration
Membership access and content availability depend on the tier purchased. If your access expires, you may renew or purchase continued access if available. We may update pricing, tier features, and access options over time.
9) Intellectual Property
All content, videos, choreography frameworks, written lessons, branding, logos, and materials provided by TwoToTango are owned by TwoToTango and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not:
Share logins
Screen record or redistribute lessons
Upload our content to public or private groups
Resell or repurpose our content for commercial use
Violation may result in termination of access without refund.
10) Health, Safety, and Assumption of Risk
Dance instruction involves movement and physical activity. You assume all risks related to practice and participation, including injury. You are responsible for:
Practicing in a safe, clear space
Wearing appropriate footwear
Stopping if you feel pain or dizziness
Consulting a medical professional if needed
TwoToTango is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during practice or participation.
11) Technology and Service Availability
We aim for reliable access, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of websites, member portals, video hosting, or scheduling tools. Temporary downtime, platform outages, or internet issues may occur.
TwoToTango is not responsible for issues caused by third-party platforms (video hosting, email, payment processors, scheduling tools).
12) Payments, Billing, and Chargebacks
By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the amount shown at checkout, including recurring charges if you enroll in a subscription.
Chargebacks or payment disputes that violate these Terms may result in immediate loss of access. We encourage you to contact us first so we can help resolve any billing questions.
13) Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, TwoToTango will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to TwoToTango for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
14) Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. The most current version will be posted on our website with the effective date. Continued use of the Services after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
